  1. Prepare 5 pieces arrowroots
  2. Make ready 15 pieces banana
  3. Make ready 4 pieces potatoes
  4. Prepare 1/4 kg minced meat

  6. Prepare 20 g cooking oil
  7. Take to taste salt

Steps to make Arrowroots(nduma) and banana:
  1. Peel the arrowroots,banana and potatoes. Slice and wash them
  2. Peel the onions and slice it
  3. Using a saucepan cook the onion till it turns golden brown
  4. Add the minced meat and cook it for 5 minutes…
  5. Add the arrowroots, banana and potatoes
  6. Season with salt
  7. Cook for 3 minutes then stir using a wooden spoon
  8. Add water and cover again
  9. Cook the food but do not over Cook
  10. Then serve

They are super duper nutritious and taste so good. You can cut it whichever way you want but I like mine this way since they look neater and boil alot faster.
