- Boil water with white oil.
- Add pasta and boil for 3minute and strain it.
- Slit the pumpkin & onion & rub with butter.In A kadhai put salt & A stand, & heat it for 10 minute covering the lid.Then place the pumpkin & the onion on the stand & cook for 10 minute covering the lid.
- Put the onion & the pumpkin in A mixture jar.Make A smooth paste from it.
- Then heat A pan with butter.
- Add chopped garlic & fry it untill become golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion & fry it well.
- Add the flour add fry it untill you smell the fragance.
- Add the milk. & continuously stir it.
- When the sauce become thick add the pumpkin puree. & Mix it.
- Add black pepper powder & salt to taste. & stir it.
- Add chopped basil leaves & chilli flakes.
- Add the cheese and mix it well.
- Add the boiled pasta. And mix well. Tear two basil leaves and add to it.
- Turn off the gas. Serve hot.
