- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp hing
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready For serving
- Prepare 1 cup green chutney
- Get 1 cup tamarind chutney
- Make ready 1/2 cup red chutney
- Take 2-3 chopped tomatoes
- Make ready 2 chopped onions
- Prepare 1 tbsp chat masala
- Make ready 100 gms nylon sev
- Make ready 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- Get 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Steps to make Ragda Pattice:
- First soak dry peas overnight & then pressure cook with salt & haldi till 4-5whistles
- Mash boiled potatoes add all the ingredients and make tikki
- Roast on hot tawa from both the sides very hently on low flame
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and hing…then add red chilli powder and pour to ragda…add some coriander leaves & mix
- Now in a serving plate put 2/3tikkis…..pour 1tbsp ragda on it…then put chopped onion tomatoes..sprinkle chat masala..drizzle all the chutneys..pomegranate seed,sev & coriander leaves..:serve & enjoy 😊
