Steps to make Egg coated Arrowroots (nduma):
- Peel the already boiled arrowroot and chop it into cubes of your preferred size.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and add in the sugar and salt and whisk the mixture. Add your pieces of nduma into the eggs. (You can add in bits) Coat the nduma with the eggs.
- Heat your cooking oil in a pan and shallow fry the nduma. Till they turn golden brown.
